So how dysfunctional must the senior coaching staff be for Currie to keep Butch? The only explanation I can come up with is that the only thing worse than Butch's in-game management, is his staff management.

Basically we're down to "yes, Butch is a train wreck, but he is far better than what we get without him". Careful what you wish for...we might bench Worley and end up with Peterman. And by Peterman, I mean UT/UF Peterman.

Holy crap. It's bad outside this thread. I really don't see any way Butch is back next year and most of the people who cover the program with any regularity agree. The lack of a clear message is making people assume the worst and outside trolls are having a field day.
