Albert Haynesworth just said on a radio interview that if his son was a senior he wouldn't be going to UT because of the administration being idiots. His words not mine.

Haynesworth-

I haven't given any money this year and 100% will not until the administration changes. Including Currie.

This^^^^. I have said all along it wont be Gruden and I know some have said Im a negavol, etc. The information I get has told me Gruden was not in play because they are not going to give a coach control of the football program, thus no major coach will come and take the job if he is not allowed to control the program. Its not a money issue. BTW, this is the only way Saban took the Bama job and if you remember at 10pm he said he would not be the coach at Bama, then in the middle of the night hired is because they gave him the control he was asking for.

At this point our best bet would be Les Miles.

Les Miles isn't the worst we could do... but "best bet" is pretty generous.

Having said that... Anyone but Gruden will disappoint me at this point. Even Chip Kelly.

His end agenda seems to be a complete power shift among the leadership of The University of Tennessee.

I think getting Gruden as the head coach is a treat that comes with it.

Sorry for being so far behind.

This is where I'm leaning. The primary game was a shift in booster control.

$$ was a lever. Gruden was a lever. The narrative seems to point to the possibility that the shift may have occured.

They will let Currie be the hero, if Gruden says yes. Currie needs the splash hire. Gruden could say no. But the narrative appears to be in place that says it will be his choice and not because the offer was not legit.
Currie will be on the hook to get a name hire...period.

What do the Haslams get? IDK. I think Little Jimmy has his hands full. Political support for Bill? UTK President? Who knows.

I personally want a legit run at Gruden and, if not yes, then to say he just does not want to coach college. The I want a legit coach that is not Coach Googlemyname. Who that is, time will tell.

Short version ... I don't know $h**. Just hoping for better days.

I'm not a lawyer but have been responsible for many employees. This is my understanding of the legal definition of a hostile work environment:

"Some employees believe that a bad boss, an unpleasant work environment, a rude coworker, failure to qualify for a promotion, or the lack of perks, privileges, benefits, and recognition can create a hostile work environment. But, the reality is that for a workplace to be hostile, certain legal criteria must be met.

A hostile work environment is created by a boss or coworker whose actions, communication or behavior make doing your job impossible.

This means that the behavior altered the terms, conditions, and/or reasonable expectations of a comfortable work environment for employees.

Additionally, the behavior, actions or communication must be discriminatory in nature. Discrimination is monitored and guided by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) which was created by the Civil Rights Act of 1964."
