This is untrue. Haslam aided the quest for Gruden in 2012. His resources were used to court Gruden then, he obviously approved. The academic side wasn't willing to give Gruden the control he wanted. It wasn't the Haslam's.

If what you are saying is true and Haslam was for Gruden then and he is now, then Ergen is now shoring up the AA side and we are good to go with Gruden.

SOON!!!

Y’all don’t need to worry about me going anywhere. I will let you know what I can. The only things I will not post are things I have been expressly asked not to repeat or things that would hurt our football program. I think for the most part all of in here are on the same team. Sometimes people have a need to pop off as a defense mechanism. Honestly who can blame them I certainly don’t. We have all suffered with the garbage that has transpired with our program. Interesting point is I was finally called back by one of my AD contacts around 1:00 today to firm up my financial commitment for stadium renovations. If you haven’t seen the plans for the South end zone you should check it out. It is really nice.

Did you make any stipulations on your donation ? lol

I’ve had Direct TV for 15 years, but if they pull this off, I’ll gladly switch to Dish. Anyway, the Vols are about the only thing I care to watch on TV anymore.

Finebaum just said he believes now if Tennessee goes after Gruden and writes down a good number that HE WOULD DO IT but he doesn’t think UT would.

Said Monday night football is a great job but if he wants to coach if he doesn’t do it now when he still wants to when will he.

Soon?

For those of us of a certain age in assisted living facilities, catheters are very important, albeit sometimes painful, necessities of senior living.

Proper insertion procedure must be the individuals resilient responsibity for a complimentary pissing process.(Butchism)

Champions of catheters!

5 star urethras!

I'm getting on here because of course now there is a possibility of me being trolled. Beaver, please follow me back on twitter so I can ask you something on DM

Ok, my head is hurting.

So if Gruden is roadblocked, then UT doesn't get the VC dollars, right? Bev wants money, so she will pressure Currie. Is that accurate?

Who is going to buy all those expensive new club seats after the renovation with Ned Fartweed strolling the sidelines with a Belk Bowl bid on the line every 3 years?..Asking for a friend

Interesting how the more things get crazy the more correct MIT is.

Like SFD has stated, I believe MIT was sent to inform the fans and to tell what really goes on behind the scenes and to somehow put pressure on the Haslams? Like maybe, don’t vote for Gov. Haslam if this falls through? I know that’s a stretch probably.

You guys are so hopelessly attached to this thread you've inserted your own catheters and feeding tubes but you've forgotten about the proper hygiene aspect.

No... I know it's not me, my wife just made me take a shower.... so it must be you that brought that smell in here...:)

I'm on FiOS and it would cost me more to switch to Dish, but will feel obligated.... SOON!

Sorry, I don’t buy that at all. They have unbelievable influence on UT. If they want something to happen, it happens.

You can believe it or not, but people I trust implicitly say it's true.

It's far more silly to me to think that a family that has donated 9 figures to UT and loves the football program, wants to sabotage it.

I truly believe this time there are two possibilities, we hire Gruden or he turned us down. Not that he wants it and is getting blocked.

After having said Gruden will not coach tennessee, Finebaum just said that if Vols let him write down a number Gruden would probably coach Vols. He also said he is not sure UTK will make that kind of offer.

This thread has now passed the epic aspects of 2012 which peaked for me with Gruden airplane "saw him studying Tennessee game film" computer shot.

I remember that and it was legit. Guy who witnessed it and posted the info is a close friend of Helton and not a troll. I wasn't a believer until that point.

Possibly.

But you do nothing in politics when millions of people don't like you or your family.
Business can be the same way.
