In addition it is BS and a lowblow for Florida to do what they done. There is no proof either way. I would sue their collective asses off if I was McElwain.

My question is why did Jones not admit it when asked about injuries during the Monday presser. This is what makes it look bad for him.

I know we’d all like a great “with cause” excuse but unless our coaches trumped the medical teams decision or advice I don’t see this being Butch’s problem? The way I understand it is that our trainers and medical staff are directly responsible. If anything it is Curries ass on the line because the university (athletic departments) not Butch, is responsible to provide medical staff and supports.

it does not matter what is going on behind closed doors on the coaching search, the trigger has to be pulled in the next 24-36 hours to much negative press......if we have Gruden then the timeline has just been moved up...the only way to stop bad press is to change the narrative....Gruden announcement would do that

With coaching vacancies popping up and what is going on here is either a ridiculous clusterf**k by educated idiots or Gruden is locked up and we are filling time with current staff.....but not firing after the entire sports world knows he played a kid with concussion baffles me.

If he knew he had a concussion and played him anyway, that should be a violation of AD rules (I'm sure there is an AD rule that says you can't play with a concussion but I could be wrong).

Obviously he couldn't notify them immediately after it happened because the game was still going on... But continuing to play him when he knew or should have known would be a violation.
