This sounds like fake news... Not on your part, but whoever you got this info from.

If you look up that address on Zillow, its THE most expensive house for sale in Knoxville right now (by a lot). Someone could have easily searched all listings in Knoxville, sorted them from highest to lowest price, picked the one at the top of the list and claimed Gruden bought it.

I'm just saying.. If I were trying to make up a believable address of a house Gruden would buy, that's what I would have done. TIFWIW
