Im a lawyer by trade. For there to be a deal in the sense that all parties agree he will become the next coach...then all parties would have to be onboard...what you just said indicates they arent...ergo said deal is not a deal at all. Its an ongoing negotiation. Hope I didnt come across as a jerk there...but unless the University also agrees, the alleged deal is nothing.
Edited to say I do hope Gruden is named the coach. I wouldnt be here following if I didnt
Please stop. Who said anything about being better than other people? I said the tickets cost a lot, I was going to use them, and I resented certain people telling me I shouldn't, particularly people who have donated nothing to society or the university.

Theres a deal between boosters and Gruden, then there is the deal with the University. I think beav has been very clear on which part of the deal he has been talking about. I don't know if he is legit or some kid in a basement, but any reasonable person can see what he has posted and understand what he is meaning.
You didn't just say they cost a lot.
You said they cost more than most people posting on this site make in a year.
That's an elitist mentality. You had to let everyone know that you make a lot more money than they do - therefore, your opinion is worth more. You could have just said "I pay a lot of money for my tickets", but no... You wanted to make sure everyone knew how much better you are by comparing your ticket prices to their annual income.
a HaslAm for president ..... look at the browns ... i know, i know, different HaslAm, but that's what opponents will point to ...
unless of course we get Gruden! then, HaslAm for president!
