I take this to mean our man is still in discussion.. hope I am right .... did you have the impression that he is a LONG shot? Please excuse my questions because I DO NOT want to place you in any more of an awkward position than you already are!
Exactly. We got very minor penalties from his sanctions. I think the worst was reducing the number of recruiting visits by 2 or 3 and couldn't have visits for a couple of games.
I would take winning big with minor penalties to this current BS.
pretty sure that fits well in the other thread !I have really thought about this..... I honestly think not going to the game Saturday is a very good idea. As many said, as soon as the AD got whiff of the idea, they came forward and spoke out... their weakness is money, and what better way to hurt the people that care nothing about us as fans and investors into the program than to protest by sitting out. I really think we need to empty neyland. Nothing against the players, but if we want a big time coach, someone to make us relevant we need to hit these power struggle people where it hurts. It's time to shift this power into the right place. Academics are able to do the things they do because of the athletics and boosters. Time to stand up and make a statement. Let's get Tennessee football back!!!!!!! Empty neyland
In my opinion #EmptyNeyland is a terrible movement. I think it hurts recruiting of players and future coaches as much as our performance this year.
I just think it sends a message that if things are good we're all in. If things are bad you're on your own. Just my thoughts. I'm sure I'll get blasted for this.
