I think I can sum it up for you. There were pitchforks in the morning, a beaver swam up the river, a bubba drive by, a secret meeting with cigars and scotch. Cheese was taken off the taco, players had a meeting. And here we are.

Warning: Don't freak out if/when Gruden isn't announced tomorrow or as quickly as you want. Let this thing play out. Be patient. The timing of the firing had more to do with other factors than the Gruden front being ready to roll. And don't get roped into the "Florida put pressure on us" argument.

This decision has to do with what's best for right now. Giving the team the best chance for the last 4 games, as well as putting together the best system for keeping guys out of trouble and ensuring accountability.

Continue to support the players. Many of them gave their all yesterday. Don't punish them for their lack of being coached. They've already been punished enough.
