Would love to know who that coach is. Coming home? UT grad or former coach?

This reminds of 2012 so much. Either things are closer than ever and Jon Gruden may very well be our next coach or this will be the great troll job ever.

Uhhhhh. I mean at least the screenshot doesn't look faked like that poor sucker in the Gruden thread did last week :)

I keep telling myself to not get sucked in. But i just can't help it. I love Grumors.

I couldn't find anything. Eli has ties to Malzahn, even going back to Springdale HS. I saw a copy and paste from an article where Doeren said that Eli will try to use a combination of the spread and power running attack. Eli has worked with Mike Sanford, who was the OC at Boise State and ND and also worked at Stanford.

I am not, truly. I had read some stuff on Twitter, from Coleman Thomas and some others supporting him and talking about how much he gave to the program. My statement was a kneejerk reaction to my immediate feelings regarding the fact that Coach Jones is likely to send us to our first 8 loss season ever. I never should have said it.

Having lived through Gruden 2012 there is much more smoke this time. Not saying he's coming here but the smoke is definitely greater this go around. We'll see.

I was a grad student in Starkville for a year, had a son in that time and decided it wasn't right for me and my family at least in the time being. I live in Jacksonville now, so nice not to be eating Bulldog Burger twice a week lol.

What department are you in?
