I will say this on Clay Travis' comments. That would be the type of money it would take to get Gruden. Who knows if its true or not but that would fall in line with what it would take to get him.

yea i know he's not well liked around here, but it was on his radio show broadcast nationally. seemed like an odd statement if it was based on pure speculation (i.e. reading volnation).

Lol...I definitely can relate. Not a cubicle but hiding in the med room in my unit to post. Just curious what yours and anyone else's speculation on that might be. Speculation and offering of opinion is all any of us can do at this point.

Good question. Unfortunately, I have 0% confidence he'll be fired today. The pitchforks are out and our AD is tweeting about tennis. Who gives two spits about tennis?! As I said yesterday the longer this goes on the more I think they don't want to fire him because of...money. I spend a ton of money every year to support our Vols all the way from KC. I travel to games. Support local small businesses. Buy merchandise, etc. Heck I travel to Vols football camps for my son. Until Jones is gone they wont get another penny from me. I'm a no body but I can assure Currie there's more ppl like me/us. And those are the ones he needs to be concerned with.

There was a FLOOD of different information coming out soon after he said a misinformation campaign would happen. And that’s several tweets by VFL referencing a change coming with the latest coming from someone with a direct tie to Gruden.

i don't think his resume would allow him to put anything on thick, except hair gel.

I can’t speak for Charlie Ergen, but as a VFL if I was worth $18 billion, I would write a check for whatever it takes to buy Butch out and fund Gruden for 5 years at $7.5M per... TIFWIW

I'm all in for The Beav at this point. He's been right about the misinformation, now the former vols tweets. IDK i just have a gut feeling he's not playing us. I think the major hangup is the boosters not wanting to pay out the rear for the buyout and they're working some other things before he's fired. I'll roll with that until someone else is announced at the HC
