that is where the focus is now. there is no assurance a deal gets worked out.. certainly nothing will be announced before December

i get that "there isnt an opening at UT" so we would not hear a no or a yes....

that is elementary...just more ish on the board.

however it is equally ish to believe that Currie and or his people have not "communicated" with other persons who represent certain other persons who may or may not be football coaches who may or may not be interested in a potential opening at a D1 power conference school in Tennessee not named Vanderbilt but said school currently has a coach who may or may not be released terminated or otherwise disposed of, in order to gauge the interest of those persons who may or may not be interested in such a position in the event that said position became available.

Never said or suggest the AD and or his personal haven't reached out. I believe they have. I don't know that as a fact. I believe they have reached out to our man. I don't know that as a fact.

Remain calm. Let the process work. Butch has to be fired. FIRST. Then the real talk begins. Not the "feelers".

Based on Larry's message what did the AD do wrong? They can't force the man to coach. He hasn't in 10 years. It seems like he doesn't want to.
