Currie doesn't have that luxury. He knows any top tier coach will be watching how he handles this firing. But yes, to your point, I wouldn't have a problem with him being fired immediately after the game.

I'm not saying "told you so" to anybody. I had hope that Gruden would be the coach. As of this afternoon my hopes were very high after matts' post. But people need to wake up or they're setting themselves up for a major letdown.

I have heard and read this ish but those putting this out in the media arent even referring to their source.

Now it would not surprise me if jones coaches the UK game because thats would be what Tennessee does.

Hopefully Currie pulls the trigger. I dont think we win another game with Jones as coach. That should be a consideration - players arent buying jones ish either anymore.

I think it’s a done deal and an Announcement will be made immediately after Butch is fired. Hopefully it’s after this game.
