At some point we have to start accepting the information we get instead of writing off anything we don't want to hear as misdirection and smokescreen.
That being said, I hope you are right and I am dead wrong.

Why didn't you ask your source directly about Gruden before today? The talk about Gruden has been going on since the GA game.

I am an old man.... before I die I would LOVE to see Gruden run through the T leading our Vols..... Hope I get to see it... I would give anything if I AM WRONG or my source is wrong

I am still holding out Steve.... but seeing I brought every good thing I heard to this board, felt obligated to bring this as well.... I knew I would be flogged for doing it... but trying to be honest

How can you say he's never been wrong when he was wrong on Strong?!? You said he's been right on every hire since Kiffin, but we've only hired 2 coaches since Kiffin and he was wrong on one of those 2!!

I finally talked to my guy. He played dumb and wasn't aware of the Grumors. I think with this new AD things are different. I think if they have info they've been told to keep quiet. I wonder if your guy could be speculating. I mean LWSVOL and Hubbs have both acknowledged that they are going after Gruden which is 180 degrees from what your guy said. Think there is a huge disinformation campaign underway.
