thats the thing, if there are actually vols fans trolling or giving out false info to make themselves feel better no wonder we are the laughing stock of college football. Butch is doing a fine job of making my university a joke on his own, and being run out of town for it btw. Trolls and liars can climb aboard his train out of town as far as im concerned.

I’m sorry, I wasn’t clear. Last night you and Hamilton were disagreeing. How do you feel about their info? Legit? MIT is the most confident person I’ve ever seen on here.

I'll give you something you can believe and you can verify it yourself. Tennessee is bound by certain procedures when hiring because it's a state University.
This includes absolutely no formal offers by anyone conducting a search of interest. Also, the sitting AD cannot engage directly and no non-certified parties can make an offer in his place. Nor can any certified parties engage directly.


So anyone telling you they've made a deal, they're close to making a deal or that the deal was rejected, are
(Keeping things polite), misinformed.

Sorry if it's already been posted and I'm being repetitive, only read about every 20th page.

Does anybody on here really believe TN will beat aladamnbama? Of course not. So Butch is prob hinging on Kentucky. If he wins then he will prob stay for another game. If he wins again...
Then God help us.
Maybe if Bama beats us by a hundred
Or if someone else gets a black eye

Withholding judgment on MIT. I called out thamilton because he claimed a specific salary number as true and said he heard it first hand. MIT has not made claims which I know 100% to be false, therefore I am waiting to see how many of his predictions come true.

Gotcha. I like what he says so I’m rolling with him. In your opinion, what’s the 1-2 things that could completely derail the whole thing? I asked earlier in general but no one responded.

No. I don't think it has anything to do with wins or losses anymore. This is about shoring up the next team-players and coaches. It will come out when they're ready. Maybe he lasts til Kentucky, but it won't be anything Butch did.

But would these hiring restrictions apply if a buyout/exit plan has already been signed & Butch Judy finishing out under terms of a signed exit plan?

I doubt butch gets fired after a win. Any win. But one can dream. Seems like now would have been the time. Everyone loses to Bama. Players are already decommitting. But if he beats KY then odds are he is still HC until he loses. And although unlikely, he could theoretically win out. Then we get another year of this.
