Somewhat off topic, but you all ever heard the story Hamilton told about Kiffin shipping (fed-ex, UPS) his info straight to Hamilton’s house? Guess Kiffin didn’t realize or didn’t care how much speculation was surrounding the coaching search and he put his own name on it for return address. Anyhow, the delivery driver saw it and ended up getting on sites like these to tell what happened. No one really believed him though, even though it ended up all being 100% legit. I’m sure some of you have heard that, but thought I’d throw that out there.

But as for now, there has been absolutely no offers, discussions, or anything other than who might be the interim if Butch gets fired before season's end. As usual, this is all third party information and what else would you expect? Sorry if it's not any ground breaking news, but it's likely something closely resembling the truth. I remember driving down to Atlanta a night or two before Thanksgiving to visit family and some of these same folks on here now said their sources were saying deal is done. I was so excited I told all of my in-laws (all UGA fans) when we arrived. Imagine my disappointment a few weeks later when Lyle Butch Jones was announced as head coach.

While I'm more cautious this time around, the ride was half the fun the first time and let's hope this time we get it right.

I’d like to see a night game period!! Guess next week finally. (I don’t count ATL because you regally couldn’t tell in there and was too busy wondering if we’d ever stop GT.)

I don't trust it. It's VolNug. Dude posts literally everything he or she hears. Compiling all the Grumors together for us to see, but doesn't mean he or she is saying it's true. It's the same thing as if someone here wrote down every Grumor and kept a thread updated for us like the recruiting update thread.
