OK guys so this is legitimate knowledge no BSing. My dad is a contractor in the Grude Market area, so being in that business he has to know a lot of real estate agents. Well one he knows sent him a picture of himself and Jon Gruden, and said he sold him land in rocky valley(in Grude Market). So I don’t know if this is for his son or what, but this actually happened.

When you said watch the Vegas line move, I instantly thought that by you saying that people would lay money down on it and it would move because of that, which is pretty much what happened. If I was gonna troll i would have said that too, because it would make me look legit when a few people listened to me, put money down, and it moved. And a couple of titan big wigs were in there eating and they at one point were saying I can’t believe Gruden is doing it. There goes our ticket sales next year.
