I kind of take jokes about overdoses the wrong way. The first time you have to explain to a hysterical 16 year old girl and her parents that her 19 year old brother just died from on OD, it kinds of takes the fun out of joking about it.

This is something that literally happens every week now. I tried to lighten it up in a later post, but if he hates me for it, so be it.

He's not joking. Not knowing him made you look a bit toolish.

Yeah me too, I havent logged in until yesterday for a year. I just hit my one year off of dope on 10/10/17. Ive seen two good friends die from people putting fentanyl in dope. Seen some messed up ****. Never thought I'd be addicted to something, then ever be clean for a year. Wild ride.

When you live it over and over, you're forced to develop a sense of humor about it or you go insane. I've lost so much that I care about, and I haven't touched heroin in over 5 years. So here we are.

Congrats, not many kick that addiction. Almost none do it without losing everything but their life first.

Think OD jokes are distasteful, but not nearly as distasteful as wishing it upon someone....which is how your post read. We are a little sensitive to it around here due to people in our personal lives and also cyclops from the board.
