I just don’t understand the logic of waiting until after the Kentucky game. They almost always find a way to frick it up against us so I’m leaning win there even with Butch at the helm. Then we have the two easiest games on the schedule after that. I just don’t see an opening to fire him unless the Kentucky game is a loss. Obviously I hope I’m wrong.

Agree. The only reason I can think of for waiting until after Ky could be that they would want the interim to have his first game at home?

Put yourself in John Currie’s shoes. Wouldn’t you pull out all the stops to make this happen? It’s a great investment to open the bank. Revenue would be coming in all over the state from tickets, merchandise, booster money, and more. If we were this nuts for Bruce Pearl, think about Gruden being here as a football coach.
