Is ESPN still in a position to counter a matching offer of $9M for an analyst? Not pretending I know, it just seems like the network is downsizing.

Who knows. I know they cut a lot of people but in my opinion most of ESPN's shows are awful and they had a lot of fat to trim. Gruden is their #1 NFL guy and would probably be #1 at any network. I'm sure there is a limit to what they would pay him but who knows what the limit is.

Not when their viewership of that program is down considerably. If anything, I think they would be ecstatic to cut that salary.

Hey, speaking of OG's .... I don't know anybody. Never claimed to.

That said, back in 2012, Gruden thread 1, I didn't have internet at home, so after work, I'd take my laptop and go sit in the parking lot at the store and surf on the wifi there, and catch up on all the grumors. Then, I'd go into work early the next morning early to use the work computer to catch up at night. Been here ever since.

My question is ... does this make me an OG?
