There will be universal support. The interesting thing is the expectations will be easier to manage even if it takes awhile because the competency cannot be reasonably challenged. Just build and develop the roster. No more "wut?"

Got burned in 2012 with the last round of Grumors, please let this be true. He's about the only hire that can turn this program around and have us competing with Alabama.

The profits will flow in if we invest in Gruden and make this happen.

Appears from time to time with inside info. In my time on the board he’s appeared pretty legit. He’s not always right but no one is.

In this east, as long as he plays disciplined, solid football, he can win a minimum of 9 games. Recruiting will take care of itself.

Ha ha. Ok. It’s getting real this time. Even I with zero “sources” literally just got a text from a family member in Florida who says his friend has sources at Tennessee confirming Gruden is interested.

Take that with a super large grain of salt.

This is funny. But there is smoke here I’m sure of it.

This is absurd. Gruden is not coming here. We went through this 5 years ago and people are falling for it all over again.

It's fine to enjoy the Grumors because it's good drama, but I fear a lot of people are going to take it way too seriously and end up being resentful of whoever we hire.

Oh I’m not confident he’s coming at all. But I am pretty confident we are giving it everything we have this time.

Just to hear that there is some organized, concentrated effort to attempt to get Gruden makes me believe that whoever the hire turns out to be will be a good one.
