Mullen is a fantastic coach. It’s increible what he has done in stark Vegas. He and his staff have developed a ton of nfl defensive talent in his time there too. I would love to see what he could do here.

First, the reference was when Kevin O'Neill was hired, which was in the mid 90's. Second, an email with a scanned document is subject to an open records request at a public university.
