I’m not trying to be rude, and I typically consider Boro and DTO pretty solid, but this sounds like you all are trolling and having a laugh about it.

Boro: “Tell him EVERYTHING DTO (wink wink)”

That's pretty funny because I could actually see where that lines up. It's not happening though. Truth is, I'm just lucky enough to have Titans PSL's and crazy enough to be on this thread while attending a Monday Night Football game and saw DTO's picture from the game.

But it doesn't concern me who believes them. I talked to him face to face, he didn't blink, smirk, nothing. I believe DTO and I believe Boro.

Or it could be like they said and the info is coming from a small circle and it would be impossible to not figure out who said what.

Maybe they are getting played, maybe not but I would seriously hate to believe it was all being done to poke fun at the expense of fellow fans.

Not your info to tell, not his info to tell, not the person's info to tell that told him. This is exactly how every rumor ever got started and took off. I'm still excited and still believe but I'm hanging on to being a little skeptical too.

It's got that kind of vibe. But I trust them because their Vol fans. None of them have said it's Gruden just that we'll like it. So I'll go with that and trust them, secretly hoping it's Gruden. I'll trust them until something comes out that forces me not to.

Be cool. I think it's good info and it gives me hope. I don't want it to get like that in here and those guys quit posting. It'd be a real boring thread if they did.

Some of you guys need to relax a little bit.

1. Anyone who was glued to the tv hoping for some reference to a fraternity (whether you want to admit it or not) seriously needs to take a step back.
2. I’m not as optimistic as some that Gruden will take the job. That said, the idea that we’ve already dropped down to Mike ****ing Bobo is downright laughable. I think there is a good chance we will be disappointed with the hire, but we still have a coach employed and it’s the middle of the season. Common sense should tell you we haven’t already started dumpster diving.
