The longer they dilly dally with Jones, the more this recruiting class is going to fall apart and with the early signing period that gives the prospective future coach zero time to salvage it. It also puts us in direct competition with other schools who may be looking at coaches like Florida, Texas A&M, etc.

I would hope Currie isn't sitting on his hands over there. The world knows Butch is done. Keeping him around another year would put us back to the way it was post Dooley.

VN better have backup servers if a new coach is announced because it is not going to be Chip Kelly, Gruden, Stoops, or a Patterson. It is going to be a guy more along the lines of the 4 OP posted. I hope I'm wrong.

Neal Brown and Jason Candle are damn good coaches. Neal Brown will be coaching for a P5 school next year. Frank Wilson is probably the best recruiter in the country not named Orgeron, but don't think his head coaching skills are up to par yet.

The UT AD is incompetent and the school administration is incompetent but we are supposed to believe UT hired an AD that is competent? I have my doubts

Believe me I did it last weekend. Watched the first half, was excited at first because the offense had some life then in the 3rd quarter saw where it was going. Went to the mountains.

10. Rick and North
1 through 5 are longshots, but I hear they feel really good about 7, 8, and 10. Currie is on the clock now!

I am about to find out. We got a damn female chancellor, a guy from K-state as AD, and a coach from Cinncinnati and we wonder why we suck, isn't hard to figure out.
