WHHATT!!! Taking UT out of the conversation completely, does he enjoy being an OC or is he looking for a HC position?

Putting UT back in the conversation, if he joined Gruden's staff here, it would be the best Christmas gift ever given to VolNation.

The beard or the locks are close to going i keeping teasing myself, just dont want to go through that awkard stage again from 6 month - 1 year

as for VaTach Im gone do my best, actually super excited about this Miami Vt game, this thing has the making for a awesome night game, UM doesnt get to many of those, not in a while anyways.

Real talk, he had a plan to set out to become a head coach and he has certainly accomplished all his goals to get to that so far. He didn't want to
Come to ut because he said it wasn't a good fit nor the right time for his family.

I met Tee down in Columbus, Ga back when he and Randy Sanders were on staff at Ky. We talked for a good 10 mins and reveled in the 98 season. He was in much better shape then, lol. I think he could be our Scott Frost but he needs that 2-3 years of HC experience.

I don't think He would be a head coach here. He has to much to lose. Ya he has gotten out of shape, I tease him all the time. That's happy makin money weight

Tee Martin is a natural leader and is well-loved by most everyone who knows him.

But I am very tired of experimenting with Tennessee HC position.

Never has he ever said anything bad about butch, the only person he ever said anything negative about ironically was lane kiffin when kiffin was hired here. Then he eventually as you know worked under him. But business is business

Indeed. Not defending the guy, but he might have been informed that the "dangle in the wind" negotiations were to move faster than they did.

Or he could be FOS...but he's posted a few truthful nuggets that excite the VolNation faithful...
