Saw several replies yesterday about coming back after church...grew up in church all my life..a good analogy...a new pastor comes into a church. Small. Implements the plan the good Lord laid out...church grows...comes to a point where his work is done there. Leaves the church in much better shape then when he took it. You graciously tell him thank you for all his hard work and pray for the man to come take it to the next level while never loosing the appreciation for what the previous s man did. Thank you butch and good luck in your future endeavors.

We missed that moment two years ago.

I bet Butch was absolutely dreading that press conference today. I bet he was hoping to have it all done before noon today. He may pull a coach Kline and hide behind the players Saturday.

I'd say that's why the buyout news came out this morning.

No reason to hate on the guy. He's done. Everyone knows he's done. He did some good things here and we are each moving on. He seems publicly like a good guy.

Not one time has someone mentioned if they thought Gruden had the right amount of leadership reps to actually do the job here. Hes had years of bye weeks, but were they successful bye weeks? These questions must be answered or im out.

I also went there. Doesn't come close to UT

traditions/game day and what not 100% agree i miss alot about Tenn, but it was nice getting that west coast vibe it has truly rubbed off on me....i prefer the west coast lifestyle/weather....my wife and I always joke about about going back to AZ, we got wait-listed at UT for law school so we still hold some resentment i believe lol
