And? QD was bobbling and fumbling snaps against ISU.


In terms of passing...no turnovers in 133 yards...half of which came in the last desperation drive. I wouldn't be that impressed.

Y'all are ignoring the elephant in the room: they didn't throw downfield because they were afraid of picks. Why? Because he does it in practice.

Mostly agree with this, but I'd add that the fact that they had so many INTs with Dormady probably made them more reluctant to throw downfield as well.

The way i see it is that QD lost to Florida and Georgia essentially making the east an impossibility this year. And zero points vs Georgia. Mission failed. He is a junior so basically just move on and let JG take his lumps and get some valuable experience for the future. The rest of this season doesnt even matter anyway.

Been said that for sure Gruden has been offered & things are squarely with him right now to accept. TIFWIW obviously

Its sad that under Butch Jones we never treated cupcakes like cupcakes. Because of his cowardice and conservative nature, we always ended up in dogfight with teams that should have never challenged us. Whether its UMass, App State, or North Texas, we never handled those teams the way an SEC team should.

Downright embrassing.

And this is why Butch is being fired. Conservative butt cheek tight coaching. I am not BB pumping JG all year. But he did not turn the ball over when it was on the field because he wasn't a puss y and went after the ball and got it back. He did not look like a Heisman winner but he had zero turnovers and QD was horrible. We have seen four starts by one QB and one start by the other. I would ride with the younger guy. Regardless, Bama is blowing this sorry offense out of BD Saturday and I have to go watch it live and in person.

My favorite games are the blowouts. Just line up and beat the heck out of whoever you're playing. Frost seems to have that foot on your throat mentality, like Urban.

A few in the Gruden thread are saying that Gruden has been offered the job. Some of it's coming from a poster on TOS that is supposed to be the cousin of Cindy Gruden. The offer supposedly is everything that Gruden asked for the last time. Some say he still won't take it. Peyton is evidently involved in the negotiations. Take it all as you will.

I don't think either QB is as good as billed. I also think both are poorly coached. I just hear a lot of hate for QD and a lot of excuses for JG.

Knuckle head vol has sources outside of ut. I think his sources are with either agents or coaches.

Agreed. It's also a big reason why they haven't been able to develop players. We don't get our backups in enough in these cupcake games.

He'd mop the floor with Bielema. That's another thing I like about Frost. He's an alpha dog. Something we haven't had up there in many years. The kind of coach who instantly gains respect IMO.
