I disagree... He's been here two years... a coach is not going to come in and improve this kid that much... Dang, I guess then at this rate a true freshman like Fromm will win it twice and be the overall #1 pick...
I think under the right tutorage, he can definitely improve and become solid, but no way he jumps 3-4 levels from year two to year three and four.

Brohm is way better an Xs and Os coach than Butch. I still do want Brohm over some of the other guys, but he would definitely be better than Butch is some ways.

That still doesn’t explain his time before ESPN. No one wants him as a head coach in the NFL.

Gruden - .540 all games. Won 5/9 playoff games

That tells me he is not a bad play caller. You just didn't like his play calling.

That doesn’t say that at all. It says he had an incredible defense.

I don't know if Brohm would be as good a recruiter or if he would do some of the good for the program things Butch has done. I do firmly believe he is a better game day coach than Butch.

unless we fire Butch this week, UT and Currie have already started screwing things up and will not be able to recover... you have to be an idiot not to see what is all over the media about how frustrated and done the fan base is with Butch, and if you keep him, you are saying you don't care.
No firing this week, or at the latest, the day after the AL whoopin, we will end up with another Butch.... unfortunately.

One SB with a team Dungy and McKay built with one of the best defenses ever.. and then all downhill from there.

I was there too, I don't agree that he is a horrible coach, but be was horrible at personnel. He got what he wanted after he got RM forced out to bring on his boy Bruce Allen. IMO that was his downfall.

I don't think this offense does anything to help these QBs. I know you think it's fine but I've not been a fan.

How long was Jeff Fisher an NFL head coach? If Gruden wanted to be coaching very bad he could have gotten a job somewhere.
