JG is good right now and I think he has special upside. Just needs more experience. This was his first time actually running the offense.

Butch runs an offense made for maybe pop Warner. How many times did we run that one play to the outside with JK? Where were the crossing routes? Slants? Outs? We get trying to go deep and it wasn’t there. Butch is bad. Time to move on. The players deserve so much more than this.

LSU is going to beat us senseless. I think 5-7 is the ceiling with 4-8 likely and 3-9 a possibility.

Jones is still putting in work. Not saying the criticism is not deserved but the game today was a close game with a new starting QB. What Jones is going through is tough, but he has a privileged position, I agree there. Would like to see this team get a string of wins down the stretch.

Why shift focus from poor coaching and development to assuming something about me? I am 28 but no I believe you get what you earn for the most. JG was never given a good chance to earn more reps. Butch said it was open competition all off season but it was anything but that. Dormady was Butchs guy until it was glaringly obvious that he neither fits the scheme nor would butch change it to fit Dormadys strengths. Which also wasn’t fair to him. Butch has failed in almost every aspect when it comes to handling egos and developing talent. And that’s not fair to the players no matter how you spin it.

Man...half-hearted or not, I think you're the last person on here even remotely supporting CBJ at this point.

When is comes to ego, the real issue is Butch's ego.

Yes, I do. I sincerely believe that if Saban has this team at the beginning of the year, he would find a way to to compete in the East, if not win it.

If Butch was the head coach at Alabama at the beginning of the year, he would find a way to only win 8-9 games. It has to be his way. His scheme. No matter the player personnel. He can recruit great players but he has refused to adapt to his players strengths. It’s more about players adapting to his way. He wouldn’t adapt to Nathan Peterman and he went to Pittsburgh and turned out pretty well. Back up in Buffalo. Riley Ferguson, though it may not be all on Butch, is lighting it up at Memphis.

Butch is a great person. A great recruiter. He is not a great or good football coach.
