Please Tennessee. Don’t let Butch coach the Kentucky game. I hate losing to USC but I at least have a modest amount of respect for them. This team should not lose to UK, Mizzou and Vandy. Period. Seniors don’t deserve that. Fans don’t deserve that. Administration can fix that by letting an interim guy coach us.

Seniors/all players can do something about It and also play better too.

Woah woah woah. That's putting some responsibility on the players not named Dormady. We can't have that

Coaches are responsible for developing the players and having them ready.

Head coach is responsible for making sure his assistants are doing their job (and doing his due diligence when hiring them in the first place).

I mean everyone is so quick to point the finger at coaching or “leadership”.

Hate butch or not but he’s not the one missing tackles, not getting separation, dropping passes, etc.

When an entire division of a company fails do you blame the lazy employees or the incompetent manager who is tasked with hiring, training, and motivating them?

It’s such an easy statement to be like “coaches aren’t developing” or “they weren’t ready to play”

Some of this is on the players. We have played a lot of bad football. That’s coaches and players.

Do our starters ever come off the field? Getting to many snaps.

My biggest knock on butch til this year was he was a really overrated recruiter. Yea we would get some flashy starts but he and staff struggled with building a complete roster. Every year we’ve been thin at a vital position whether it be MLB/LB, DL, Secondary. It’s happened every year.

Bc your defensive line is getting blown off the ball in the 2nd half but we’re fine in the 1st half I don’t think that’s coaching.

Our defense was hung out to dry in the 2nd half due to predictable playcalling on offense. Who calls plays?

All D's get tired when their O's are doing nothing. The D played very well today.

Which is the point. It's the O. It gives everything away to the opponents. Then add in Butch on game days.

Looked far better? He looked like his decision making needs a lot of work, he has no feel inside the pocket, and that fast 40yard dash doesn't translate are all on the field. You also saw some of the same problems that plagued Dormady. Our WR's don't get open.

Now before people have a coniption fit, a change in QB was needed. And I would rather roll with Guarantano since neither are very good. At least he is younger.

His 40 kinda does transfer on the field. Any QB would look slow if he's right handed and rolling to his left looking to throw. He hasn't played a full game in two years what do you all expect for him to look like. We didn't lend him any favors play call wise.

The WRs not getting open were due to dumb play calls. End of the game they get open on a shot. Callaway wins on a slant immediately. And draws a PI on a fade route. Most of the game they were playing off and we were running deep routes on passing plays. Why run to them when slants were wide open? Josh Smith was being pressed because they didn't think he could win deep.
