I would think Gruden would do it because of pride and money while Kelly it would be only for money and stepping stone to something else.

Stepping stone to where? Tennessee can absolutely be a top job on par with Alabama,Oklahoma, Ohio St. etc.

I'm kind of an old pessimist. Most people don't change. I think you can see a coach's mettle by the second year. Majors was the obvious exception.

He definitely knows people. Several people in this thread do. The question is whether they are the right people or a degree removed from the right people. That was the problem last go 'round.

I'm not gonna mention things that are told to me in confidence. And considering the sources, I believe them to be 100% true.

I will say this, I expect things to get real quiet in the next few weeks. Currie is a lot better than Hamilton or Hart.
