Hypothetically, say we don't get Gruden (I know that's blasphemy in this thread but just humor me here).. Who else would you find acceptable?

I'm asking because in 2012, no one would have been acceptable to me. I was so convinced we were getting Gruden, anyone else was going to be (and was) a let-down.

So who, in your opinion, would NOT be a let-down if we don't get Gruden? I'm still optimistic that we have a good chance, but I'm not going all-in like I did last time. I can't handle that disappointment again.

My #2, like most people, would be Chip Kelly.. But I actually think Gruden is more likely than Kelly at this point.

#3 is Bobby Petrino. I don't care what he did. He knows how to win. It's not like he did anything illegal. He likes hot women and motorcycles... Sounds like a cool dude to me.

Anyone else, to me, will be a let-down.

Meh,it wouldn't be a true Gruden thread without the occasional person dropping by to tell us we are stupid. Just remember that part of the fun is us Grudenites shouting you down with a blind closed mindedness akin to what you get dealing with those who still believe in Butch. It's all just a game for the most part and most of us are laughing when we are typing our "angry" responses.
