The Official Tennessee vs. #7 Georgia Game Thread, 3:30 PM ET, CBS

Everybody is blaming Dormandy today. This is Butch Jones offense!! Jones was never an OC at a power 5 school and there is a reason for this . Ever since Jones has been here i wince every time the ball is snapped. Dobbs made Jones offense not suck but remember that we have never looked good in our passing game since he has been here. We use to blame the passing game on Dobbs. We are on our 3rd OC . Its Jones that is the problem!!!!!

Dobbs was as accurate as Dormady... when he was a true freshman.

Hate that Peyton is being honored today, during this rout and embarrassment to the tradition of Tennessee football.

Kiffin would be a great hire--probably the best coach we could get, IMO. People need to stop with the hurt feelings because he stiffed us in the past. Nobody could have predicted that the USC job would come open with Carroll there. I, for one, would happily welcome Kiffin.

Thank God you have no say. Kiffin would be monumentally stupid. Has done absolutely nothing as a head coach to prove he deserves to ever be more than an OC

64 total yards at half. Dormandy is mentally shot. Might as well let JG take his lumps being younger and more upside.

I kind of agree, but it might take at least one more series of QD (and resulting bad play) to get JG fully in the job.

Not sure there are any good options at this point.

Go Vols! ... please?

The new QB coach, at least at this point, certainly looks to have failed in improving our QB play. There's also blame to go around for the O-line and especially recieevers that can't seem to get open ... oh, and play calling.

I wonder if the coaching staff in general has also failed in evaluating the two QBs. If JG comes in and plays well, that indicates that their assessment that QD was the best chance to win was wrong.

Either way, let's look for a better second half. QD does tend to play better later - well, last week he never really got going at all, but maybe ...

Our Oline will always suck under Butch as long as he continues his blocking scheme of directing traffic. They need to get back to Fulmer style blocking and put their hands in the dirt and fire off the damn ball.

I think just about everyone saw this one coming: Either a blowout win by Georgia or a Tennessee last second upset.

Even with our stars not injured, this would be a tough won to win.
