If all Byrd wants to do is play defense then let the man play defense you stubborn POS.

JG time. Clearly trying to be a passing team is not smart with this group. Might as well have the run threat. It's not even all QD fault as it's the OL, WR, Q, and coaches taking turns at who Screws it up. So if that's the case anyway why the heck not play the young guy.

This team probably would play better if we let Butch go and handed team over to Scott/Hoke/Shoop. We have 2-3 guys capable of being the interim HC for rest of the season. Scott makes the most sense to keep guys rallied

That's somewhat disappointing. If we lose to Umass(I def don't think we do) I'd hope we fire him right there. I'd want to see what G or Shoop could do running the team

Is UMass better than I'm thinking? I haven't seen them play. But IDT there's much chance of us losing to them. I'm thinking we rest our starters for most of the game and rotate everybody in. But I thought we'd do that against Ind St, too.

Yeah a loss to umass means everyone has quit at him. Which can't say I don't blame them. Those kids played their hearts out yesterday , but could not overcome their terrible coach .

They're 0-4, last loss was 29-21 to Temple. They throw the ball a ton and their losses have not been blow outs. We should absolutely drill them. . .

You act Jalen Hurts was huge last year at Bama. JG isn't like tiny next to the starter. Dobbs wasn't huge his second year either. Johnny Football was the size of a DB.

Most of you rooting for QD were the same ones rooting for Worley over Dobbs. Saying he was the best we had. He wasn't and this staff has shown that they don't routinely play the best players.

People saying JG isn't ready act as if the starter is ready. What have they been looking at? A QB doesn't have to be perfect but we won't win with the starter. It is what it is. He hates pressure and will face much better defenses than he faced in Gainesville.

Butch does not play the best players. See Jumper and Worley and many other examples.

Nah their terrible, 0-4 but their losses have been close. It's a noon kick tho, and I've seen crazier things happen. I don't think Tennessee covers the spread

I thought Worley should've transferred . Dobbs fit the system .
I'm now sick of the system . butch had the right players for his system last year and failed . it doesn't matter who starts, butch will fail. His system doesn't work and he's one step away from losing it Dooley style.

Exactly. Lsu, Bama, Uga will picked him 10 times. Having a good arm is not the only thing that you need to be a QB

I know. I could not believe it. And of course, Jumper gives up a couple big plays. The kid knows where to go, he gets to the ball. The problem is, he can't do anything once he gets there. Even Coach Mathews was talking about that this morning. What is Butch thinking with Jumper? It just doesn't make sense.

He's got the players on the bench to win big. He's DUMB....

This team is made for a young QB. Good OL and skill players. This game could be very easy for our offense. Defense would be fine with Ignont, Bituli and Sapp currently. Wiggins and Byrd at CB with Gaulden/Warrior at safety on the backend of the defense. DUMB coaching period....

If Currie wants to fire Butch and is set on it I hope he does it mid season. Promote, G, Shoop or even Scott. See what they have. Swinney was a WR coach when he took over. Shoop was set to be a HC before Butch
