All I would like to add is that we don't forget to enjoy the season. Butch is probably done, but it's not our call, and theirs still talent on the team to make the season exciting and enjoyable.

I don't think it matters who we start at QB. Guarantano is hopefully the future here. But that future is on hold anyways until Butch is gone.

I have said it before and hoped Larry Scott would remedy it.
Early in his tenure Butch said, "we think plays, not players." Philosophically he is more focused on drawing up the perfect play than simply getting it to his best player. This manifest on full display on the 1st and goal from the 1 series. A decision like that is literally an ideology that Butch holds...draw up plays regardless of who is on the field. But if Larry Scott calls two runs up the gut with Kelly, I doubt Butch veto. It was a failure all the way around.

Agreed. I want nothing but success for these seniors and hope a leader steps up and this team puts it together.

To me, the biggest malpractice of the game was the 1st and goal from the 9 with a little over a minute in the game. They called 3 pass plays. Sure, the first one was a TD if Kelly catches it. But not running and forcing UF to use their timeouts and keep them from having time at the end of the game is an abject failure in the art of game management. Kelly was rolling. I would have genuinely been fine with 3 run plays called in that situation. At worst, you kid the FG but UF has minimal time to make anything happen...they take a knee and you go to OT. Instead, they got the ball with over 40 seconds and 2 timeouts...

To me, this was the most egregious error of the game for Butch. At least the other 1st and goal situation was earlier in the 2nd quarter.

Yea, even if they run CFA at the one, it's better than what they did. I just go back to hearing Steve White on radio last week- "It's not rocket science."

This might sound CRAZY, but Franklin (PSU) was in the same predicament last year we are in now. They somehow turned it around and won out. Now Franklin has an extension. Just sayin. Fyi I am on the "get off butch bandwagon"

The players deserve better and we fans who have suffered for all these years but still supporting the team, spending our money, traveling to games, we deserve better too. Surely Currie and at least some boosters can't think this is acceptable.

Your biscuits are burning ma'am.

Recruiting takes a direct nosedive... we will lose quality guys in the next month at this rate..
I heard we had some really good kid on our team named Tyler Byrd... haven't seen him this season, anyone know if he is still on the team?
Note to self-- when in the redzone, or inside the 10, hell the 5, whatever you do, don't give it to your beast RB.... just throw fades...
Do not throw slants, they are overrated
The way to run a successful offense in the SEC is to take a TE coach and let him run your offense and call the plays.
If a Dual threat QB has proven to be successful over the past 2-3 years, eliminate that type of thinking and bring in a slow, stiff pocket passer who throws off his back foot and stares down his WRs...
Never play prevent/leave the safety back on a end of the game play that could result in a hail mary TD, don't worry, it will never happen so put him on the 20
Don't run pass plays that mix direction and give different, experienced WRs an opportunity to catch the ball, just throw it to the same guy all day and never deviate... the secondary will never catch on and will not figure it out...
bring in a new kicker that has never kicked during an away game, keeping the more game experienced one on the sidelines... it will pay dividends and result in many field goals

That boys is the recipe for a great day of coaching and a sure-fire WIN!
