A miracle? Is it a miracle if its up 2 days in a row? It CAN fall 2 days in a row, it's called a trend. Look, I think its to high right now, but I think it could go higher. If you are in it and have made some $$$ off of it, PLEASE take some off the table. If your not in it, stay away from it, if you can. Just my thoughts man.

what was the cause for the drop? cause cnbc was reporting that the gov released their weekly report on world supplies and that the supplies were lower than expected. that normally causes major rises in prices and not drops. why was it ignored this time?

There's fast $$$$ playing this right now. If it starts to drop, look out below, just like today. I think folks are starting to see this and they want to keep any $$$ they have made off of this big run up.

heard some reporter today say that even if oil falls that gasoline prices are still gonna be high. they said that oil wont have a effect on the gas prices then.

Of course it won't. You only see an immediate change in gasoline prices when the price of oil goes up. If oil prices go down, there is a delayed effect on gasoline prices before they finally come down.

Yeah, they are fast at pushing up the price at the pump, but when its time to come down, it seems like it takes a while longer. :dunno:

Amen!:) 140 in 30 days from now. Watch May31 to June 31. Stay out of oil futures,the NYMEX has it by the balls. GREED. Trust me on this one.:)

Oil went up for a long time before gas moved...I guess the reverse is true as well. I don't claim to understand it, though I suppose it has something to do with refining and demand for gas vs. other oil products.

I simply can't understand why we're not getting drilling more and building more refiniries. McCain has made ot clear he's against drilling in Alaska, so the election won't help the problem. Why is he so hardcore against this? He's for nuclear energy, etc.

I do believe that Gov. Palin is challenging the enviromentalist over drilling in Anwar. Basically coming out and saying the people of Alaska want to drill. Shes so hot....:)
