Nobody with any respect for themselves is going to come coach here after you overbites try to run Butch out of his job every time he says ANYTHING or makes any questionable call. Get this through your heads: coaches do not respect your opinion. You haven't devoted your life to coaching. You haven't had to uproot your family every couple of years for better opportunities. You don't perform your job with the entire nation watching. Coaches do not care about your opinion. But at the same time, they have enough self respect to not go to a place where every move, play, or press conference is combed through for failures by so called fans who mask their blind hatred behind "Well I demand excellence and the people who support coach don't care about the team". Harping on a coach's every move does not help improve the team or program in any manner. If anything, it shows that your fans do not have respect for their leader. Who would want to walk into that? If you want some perspective, look at Texas from 2011- present. People are already calling for their coach's head after two weeks

Every sports analyst and columnist is trashing UF and McElwain, saying they have no offense, no QB, bad gameplans, poor coaching and a terrible OC who should be fired. They make the Gators out to be the dregs of CFB -- then turn right around and pick them to beat UT.

This is the worst UF team in a long time, they're down a dozen players with suspensions and injuries and they haven't even scored an offensive TD this year-- and analysts think UT is worse? We should win this game.

They said that about us during the preseason. All of them icked fla to win or come 2nd in the east. They have to stick by their preseason "fla championship roster" picks

The craziest thing about all this is we are solid underdog in vegas. Perception is very different across the country than here.

The narrative is overwhelmingly negative. It goes against the amount of talent and experience UT puts on the field. We're a lot better than our D made us look against GT.

I can see we aren't going to agree. It's easy to internalize these things instead of saying them aloud. If you go into surgery and the surgeon says "well, this is the first time I have had this surgical crew work together on this case," how confident would you feel about the surgery? It's fine to worry about stuff like that, but you don't verbalize it to your audience. It's really just common sense if you ask me.

Here's my question.

Is this Florida team better or worse than the one we faced in 2015 in the swamp?

Is this Tennessee team better or worse?

I think they're worse offensively and defensively but better on special teams.

I think we're the same.

Don't give up big play and don't turn it over and I think we win by 7+.
