Vol fans seem to forget that we've played a weak Florida offense /many/ times--and usually find ways to lose when we do. The oddsmakers haven't forgotten.

As a die hard Vol fan for many years there is one thing I know...when teams break in new qbs against us they always seem to have record breaking days. Calloway will stretch our secondary. Let's just be honest. Our defense isn't that good. I'm not hating on the kid bc he went to a school here in Chatt but Colton Jumper is too slow on drag routes and will get ate up in SEC play.

With our QB play and weak o line.... they will get 2 pick 6's and sack and fumble and will easily win the game...

This is just dumb.

Florida's offense isn't any better than our defense. This will be a tight game.

On a side note, are their players still suspended, especially Callaway?

That's weird. They only have one game under their belt. OL/QB issues. And Cincy gave Mich a much better fight at Mich. They are more distracted by Irma and may even miss some practices. Even if we play in the Swamp, a good many of their ticket holders could be stuck in other states trying to get back home. And we still don't know if those suspensions will be lifted.

That's not to say that we don't have issues/concerns either.

I would go with an even line right now.

From reading their board an insider said he doesn't expect Scarlett or Callaway to be back for a long time.

None of their players will be suspended for the game unless something happens this week

I blame those wearing the headsets for our defense struggles. They either cruited the wrong talent, not developing, wrong scheme, wrong personal. We will definitely know alot after this game

Have you missed the effect our defense seems to have on opposing offenses over the last 8-10 games.

This is tough. As much as I thought going into the ISU game the D would turn it around and look much better the fact is they didn't and this D could make that horrible offense look great.
