Kongbo wasn't. Warrior is a sophomore. McKenzie is doing a good job eating up space. Phillips looks to be coming on. Kelly Jr led the team in INTs 2 years straight. I got nothing on Bates

Offensive line has pass protected well. I think that unit has finally improved (but the test comes next week)

Taylor has balled out at DE. Rest of DE group been what I expected, which is mediocre, but I know many argued we would be better at DE this year than last year. Doesn't seem close IMO.

Dormady is not the elite QB many acted like he would be. But that isn't a criticism. He looks like a QB with upside, but needs more experience. Think we can win with him and is the clear starter.

RB position is good and has been good for 20+ years. RBU

WR position is better than I expected. Like what I see there.

Still early in the year, but we are what I thought we were. Will win between 7 - 9

We used same defensive game plan for ISU as we did GT to save time on the short turnaround and to spend more time preparing for UF

Next week you'll see us lineup on the line of scrimmage which may or may not surprise UF

The only things that bothered me about the defense this week was still lining up a yard off the LOS and not putting the young guys in early enough.


I don't mind having a super vanilla game plan against a team like ISU.

Agree. The DL thing is concerning, and it's criminal how few snaps Ignont got.

I'm talking about the 4th ranked dual threat QB who's been in our practice system running our plays for two years, had a fit because he wasn't playing last week, and now gets in and looks uncomfortable, stiff, lost, and cannot throw well.... NOT against a SEC team, but a Div ll team... so yeah, quit making excuses for the kid... he wanted it, he got it, and he didn't perform. That is why Dormady came right the F back in...

In the FF the negative fans reign supreme and the positive VOLS have to fight their way through, the RF is just the exact opposite.

There's no difference anymore. Both have become unbearable.
