Larry Scott does a great job this year. Takes a HC of small school.

Kevin Sumlin for OC. He and Butch are close.

I believe Canales will have a huge involvement in offensive game planning as an aid to Scott. If this is a success and Scott lands a HC gig out of it, Chico is the man...imo. :wink2:

Glad to see LaTroy Lewis got picked up off of waivers by Houston. I know the Raiders were hoping to sneak him through and keep him on the practice squad (had already given him a 3 yr/1.6 mil contract), but there was no way that was going to happen. You don't put in that kind of pre-season performance as an undrafted free agent and go unnoticed.

Congrats Mr. Lewis. Go make Vol Nation proud!

Sumlin would land on his feet. We are entering a new era of coaching hires where these guys are gonna be recycled like NBA coaches.

Saban's success is costing a lot of good coaches their jobs.

one thing im excited about is the speed of our team. I think its easily Butchs fastest team. They arent a perfect team but man these WRs, RBs, DBs and a few of these DEs can really go.
