I just saw that. Ridiculous. That cop should be charged with assault and kidnapping.Cop arrests nurse for correctly refusing to draw blood from an unconscious person.

What many people don't realize is the police were in high pursuit of the gentleman who hit this patient. So I'm wondering if they wanted this patients blood drawn to see if he was under the influence just in case he tried to sue the officers for causing him harm. Why else try and get blood with no warrant... Which they probably knew no Judge would grant. He didn't cause the accident.

Probably went all the way to the chief, that guy hasn't been fired so.
