What is the logic of picking an L to Florida?

Most of the people on their board seem to just be mad that there are rules. Lol.

Basically, their players get pinched doing stupid stuff everyone knows is against the rules, but if they caught, the rules are dumb and shouldn't be rules.

So they behave like every other SEC fanbase? :)

"So what if he was arrested with a bag of weed and a gun with blood all over him....we need to let the 'legal system' sort it out. Until then he should be able to play vs. ___________."

Seeing SECN guys predicting a loss to Florida, Im just not sure why? They not only got over the hump, but Florida looked like a lot more garbage down the stretch than UT and now will play THREE QBs against Michigan. I really see Michigan taking them to the woodshed. Is it just because its at home and they think Dormady/Gman will fold?
Im worried about the Vols and it IS Florida, but putting myself as a neutral guy, I'd still pick the Vols over UF (while probably picking an L to Georgia and LSU).

Getting over the hump hasn't really led to much of a winning streak over UF in the past. In my lifetime we've only won 2 in a row once, 03-04.

So not exactly crazy to pick against us.

Am I missing something here or does Fla. still have Spurrier, Wuerrfell, Meyer, Tebow?? Not to mention we had them beat last time down there, and they rolled the dice several times and it happened to work every time.

Which means we lost.....

And they haven't had those guys in a long time yet beat us several times after they were all gone.

We have a lot of unproven guys playing in their first true Road game in the swamp we haven't won in the swamp in ages Florida always brings a really good defense every year regardless of who they lost until we prove that we can win these games it's actually the right assessment

So are there people over them telling him why he's wrong?

Well, if you remember their recruiting looked horrible up until NSD. People over there saying Mac just took highly ranked/shady characters to get the rankings up at the last second.

Robinson was never going to play this year anyway... that signing day scramble for rankings is coming back to look awesome

For those of you that are thinking "Man, James Robinson didn't last very long on campus before getting into trouble", remember that Aaron Hernandez assaulted a bouncer and led UPD on a foot race through campus on night 1 of his time in Gville

Some pure gold over there and I didn't even quote any posts from the "Mac says 3 QBs will play thread".

Dang the way the media is talking about Florida, I assumed they were set to win the next 3 national championships. Good gracious

Yeah. Florida seems to possibly have some foundation problems and the cracks are starting to creep up the walls.

If they lose to Michigan bad and then we beat them by any amount....I would say the ceiling will start to cave in at that point.

Shoulda used Bricks! AMIRITE?

Y'alls "logic" of our record vs them does not work! SECN guys obviously weren't using that logic since they predicted UK to beat us😂

So they're running for the hills! :lolabove:

Should make for a buyers market on 9/16. I hope so.

Lol, its just weird seeing people seeming like they enjoy the "facts".

Like every other person here, I'll be glad when season gets started and hopefully put all these type of discussions to bed. Going to the mattresses every night is getting old.

No. Go watch the SEC preview show. They had us losing to Kentucky

Oh, so the other "media members" from earlier this year that predicted UK would finish better than UT but not beat them are to be discredited?

I don't need or want to watch the SEC preview show. You know why? It doesn't mean squat.

I don't think it's anyone "enjoying" the facts...but if you're talking about worthless preseason predictions, the facts (past) should play a part...which is ironic since any future contest should be ambivalent to the past.
