Chuck eye steaks, medium rare. Rice made with caramelized shallots, beef bone stock, and just a hint of clove. Asparagus. Dark chocolate truffle cake for dessert. It was my missus' birthday. She's still three years younger than me.

Chuck eye steaks are THE best!! My nephew is a butcher and turned us on to these jewels. Yum.
