I'm not basing my argument on that alone but that is definitely a factor because the 14th Amendment is completely consistent with the Bill of Rights (the first 10 Amendments as written by founding father James Madison).

Who gives a damn what they call themselves? The antifa movement has been around since the 1930's. Just because these imbeciles hijacked the term doesn't mean they're actually anti-fascists. So they destroy private property, assault members of the press, attempt to shut down speech that they decide is offensive, threaten to kill families, shut down highways, attack elderly women with baseball bats, etc.

There are witness accounts from students at UVA that said that the proposed barricaded protest route was not barricaded at an intersection and Antifa, BLM, etc. attacked the white nationalist group. The groups were to be separated along the route. Police stood by and did nothing. The people were peacefully walking down their designated route with a permit to march. Look it up.
