Yes, he's always been the reasoned harbinger of patience and measured responses - commenting only after the facts are weighed and investigations are complete. Never being one to make assumptions or make knee jerk comments. Trump is a pillar of reason that we should all aspire to emulate.
LOL
Fo real tho' - the heat undoubtedly was unbearable, even the dumb trump kid (eric?) would've known better. It's amazing it took two days for his handlers to shame him into it. Mad respect for his babysitters.
I said he could condemn both, but he needed to call out the white supremacists and neonazis by name.
Saying he had to make sure they were there, first, is just idiotic.
And now he just said again both sides were to blame.
He just cannot help himself, can he? From birthirism, to taking three times before he condemned Duke and only awkwardly at that, to bashing Mexicans, to bashing judges' heritage, to courting the alt right based on racism, to considering pardoning Sheriff Joe, to refusing to decry white supremacists until forced to do so and now backing off of that ....
Honestly, I don't know how or why you guys just keep on trying to defend him. Its useless. He's headed for a meltdown of epic proportions and will soon say something absolutely unforgivable.
Trump or not, lying or not, it is better to ascertain the facts without making knee jerk reactions, no?
I mean, hell, he could be like some members of Congress that don't even wait for bodies to be cold to stand on top of them and make a stump speech. If memory serves, the Orlando shooting wasn't even over before someone popped off about increased gun control.
Anyway, you can admit waiting isn't a bad tactic. Now, we can debate two days worth of waiting, but certainly condemning a group or groups before the facts are known isn't always the best tactic.
I don't buy Starbucks either.
Maxwell House and if I feel like splurging, I get the 8 O'Clock coffee.

Honest question. Were republicans as bad as you're being under Obama?
Of course waiting and examining facts is the most prudent route, it's what reasonable people do. That's not what trump did. He took sht for what he didn't say and was shamed into a do over.
I don't think one needs to be measured or use kids gloves when speaking about known hate groups like the neo nazi skin heads and nazi's. He'd have been pretty safe to assume they weren't helping old lady's across the street in Charlottesville.
Regardless of what else he said, he was right about the Washington/Jefferson counter-argument. It may not be within say the next decade but within 20/30 years down the road we will be having the same debates on wanting to take down statues/monuments to our Founding Fathers. Hell even now, in some circles, the debates have already started.
He took ish for not jumping to conclusions and being very generic in his statement.
I mean seriously? WTF was wrong with saying violence had no place or not immediately pointing fingers? Are we that eager as a society to place blame we can't even wait to get facts straight?
The only difference between the 2 sides in Charlottesville is that one side caused one more death than the other did. If the person had been injured instead of killed, it would be a wash.Who do you think was responsible for this? The alt right or the alt left? Both sides set themselves up for a fight and they got what the asked for. If you're wearing a helmet you didn't show up to protest, you showed up to fight.
