Anti-Trump Hysteria and Silliness

Oh, I'd tend to think this thread is appropriate for such discussion. Falls right into the "tee hee hee, Trump sucks!" mode of thought.

However, AV does have a point that many/most previous Presidents have picked political sycophants, donors and the likes to fill positions. Hell, just look at Ambassadorships to see that extensive list. This certainly isn't Trump specific by any means and attempting to carve him out individually just shows how blatantly ignorant some can be.

Some people live in a mental sewer where they like to make believe that something Trump does is outlandish, horrifying, and unprecedented. Sadly they often don't know what unprecedented means nor do they have a full grasp on history. Its funny and sad to watch them flush their intelligence down the toilet.

Yeah, that isn't subtle...

They pick them for ambassadorships. They didn't fill their cabinet, White House staff with unqualified yes-men . . . until now.

See Septic? This is what I'm talking about right here. The "But, but, but TRUMP!" arrow in the quiver being the go to heart shot for some. I really do pity those who cannot see past their own blind hatred to understand this kind of thing happens all the time. And when confronted with how hypocritical it truly is, they "La Dee Da" onto the next Twitter posting rampage.

You might need to go back and see who Obama appointed...to lead agencies..his cabinet..

I believe the person in charge of OPM was a music teacher Obama was chummy with :eek:lol: and thats just for starters.

Remind me of the thick resumes Ben Carson had for HUD, Scaramucci has to be a communications director, or our unofficial G-20 representative has to sit in on meetings with world leaders.

Do remind me of the thick resume either Hillary Clinton or John Kerry had for SecState?

Or Leon Panetta for SecDef.

Or either of the Secretaries of the VA?

Or Sebelius had for HHS?

Castro as either Transportation or HUD?

I could get into Bush 43's cabinet if you'd like.

Or you can just stop while you're way behind.

Senate foreign relations committee

CIA

CEO experience

Ran state government

Mayor

For cabinet secretary I would consider relevant experience to be either previous leadership in an agency or state government (mayor is stretching it), or someone steeped in the specific area through other experience.

Tillerson didn't have government experience, which is a problem. But on the other hand he had experience running a large organization and working with foreign governments. So on paper, at least, he's qualified.

Time will tell I suppose. Given the revolving door at the front of the White House - had the article never been written, it'd still be an easy bet to take.

CNN should adopt Fox's "Fair and Balanced" slogan since FNC couldn't keep the straight face anymore.

I've changed my mind. If ever there's a guy with the constitution to bring about Middle East peace, it's this guy.

Senate foreign relations committee Does not translate to running the foreign policy of the entire nation

CIA I was in the military, does that qualify me to run the CIA?

CEO experience Gee, who has that I wonder...I see you noted it below, but you're rationale still is not jiving with the subject at hand

Ran state government Still doesn't qualify them to run a Department of that kind. What EXPERIENCE in the field does she have?

Mayor Yeah, that's real...helpful

Really not helping your case here. You complain about DeVos and Carson. Got it, likely not the best choices. However, you claim the previous Administrations didn't pick and choose based on politics. I say they do.

And you just proved my case. Now go find some Twitter feeds to post or laugh at someone losing their job.

Libs gleeful at sight of America going over the ledge

to be fair, some of the more unhinged on the right would have wanted a similar piece of art depicting Obama and company

Assuming Trump remains in office, the shrillness of the left is going to be just as ridiculous as that from the World Net Daily crowd during Obama's administration.

It's no longer enough when you have philosophical differences with someone and just agree to disagree. Now, both sides fight like schoolyard punks.
