The majority of Americans and people world wide have already concluded that Trump is a pariah to society. The number continues to grow and will continue to grow. It's painful to see and live through but in an historical perspective it will be just an embarrassing blip on the time line. (assuming he leaves office before doing anything catastrophic.....fingers crossed - 12 months or less)
I wish people would spend their energy trying to fix this countries issues instead of trying to destroy the president. IDGAF who is in office, if the time and energy the opposition spent trying to destroy the president was spent on constructive endeavors... we wouldn't have any problems.

Wow. I didnt expect something like this from a liberal. I completely agree.
You would, when a Republican (sort of) is in office. When Obama was in office, you applauded McConnell's promise to allow nothing to get done, and you were ecstatic when we got to the third and fourth Benghazi committees, not to mention the eleventh and twelfth.
Politics is full of hypocrisy, no doubt. But these calls for everyone to just let the man be and govern out of deference to the office or because we need to make progress just ring incredibly hollow coming from Republicans after the prior 8 years of intransigent noncooperation.

Seriously? Have the democrats cooperated one bit since Trump was elected?

The problem that the Repubs ran into with Obamacare is that the people like staying on the parents' policies until 26. They like covering pre-existing conditions, etc. They just don't think they should have to pay for it.They've offered to help fix Obamacare, but so far have been shut out by the GOP, who up until recently thought that issue could define them and their differences with Dems.
But now? With GOP efforts to reform stalled? With poll numbers showing parts of Obamacare are very popular?
McConnell floated the idea of asking for Dem input, only to be shouted down by the hyperpartisans, that think they look weak at home if they even hint at something bipartisan.
