'18 GA DE Azeez Ojulari

"Think it's a Auburn/UGA (and I know he didn't name them here) and Alabama deal, with UT chasing the top pack. The Vols remain in the conversation though, as Azeez sees immediate opportunity at UT. The longer this goes, the better shot the Vols will have."

-Simonton

Go Auburn if not GBO.

Ojulari is at the Opening, this weekend. Read an article on 247, I think. They said if he has a good weekend, he could climb very high in the ratings. Potentially, maybe even to a 5 star. I don't care where he is ranked, I just want him and Gerald

Alpha Dog at the Opening

The Marietta (Ga.) four-star weak-side defensive end has a great first step, impressive overall quickness, and the ability to bend and dip around the edge. He regularly showed the ability to blow around the edge with speed, but he wasn’t a one-trick pony. There was at least one instance where he got his hands inside on the offensive lineman and drove him off the spot and back towards the quarterback with leverage, strength and speed. As he continues to fill into his 6-foot-4 frame and round out his game, he has the potential to be a big-time speed rush end.

Apparently, Azeez was very impressive at the Opening. 247 says it seemed like he was at different speed than everybody else. I wish I knew how to link it up, but I don't. Maybe somebody can do it for me? Wouldn't be shocked if he got a big jump in the ratings, maybe even to a 5 star

Vols are trailing 2-3 teams right now but VQ mods keep mentioning his name which means our staff is recruiting him hard right now and he's listening. I'm also guessing Emerson is in his ear big time at the opening about joining him in Knoxville. Longshot right now but would be a huge get.

Just a month or so ago, we seemed to be positioned very well for this kid. If we could get Davis and/or Ojulari this DL class would be sooooooo stupid good.

Is this guy originally from Africa? If so I wonder about Bituli and Congbo and their influence. Reason I ask is his name.

Think his family may be from Nigeria, but not certain. FWIW Bituli's family being from Republic of Congo helped make Kongbo's parents feel better about him being so far from BC.

Moved up to number 25 overall in the updated 247 rankings....ahead of Cade Mays and Emerson now.
