I think butch deserves credit, but they had like 7 fumbles during that time. That would add up to 45-10. Doesn't really help your argument. App state is where Butch got massively out coached though, not VT

UT had more turnovers against A&M than VTech had against UT. These discussions are always interesting.

My thoughts on Butch. He has done a remarkable job of bringing stability and making UT competitive given the situation he inherited. We have a legitimate chance to beat anyone on our schedule on any given week. Now the question is can he take that next step and make UT great? I think the jury is still out on that. He is still learning to coach at a big time program. I believe he has taken a major step in that detection by the staff changes. He's gotten rid of his "guys" and hired proven coaches and recruiters.

Also if we was to fire Butch are we sure we could hire someone better? In the programs current state that's not a risk I'm willing to take right now.

I also get tired of hearing our own "fans" downplaying the UGA game because it took a Hail Mary to win it. As if it takes away some of Butch Jones's involvement in it.

Go watch "highlights" of our 2013 season and you will be more appreciative of CBJ.

He isn't Saban but he brought us back to this point. I hope he continues to improve and is here another 10 years.

He needs an elite staff with him. He is not a great game day coach and a quality staff will go a long way in helping
