A lot of uncertainty that could quickly turn prices upward.
The Saudi's have 268 billion barrels of proven oil reserves left. Canada has 172 billion. The U.S. has about 36 billion.
Two Russian agents have been charged in a plot to overthrow Montenegro's government; including the possible assassination of their PM.
Of crude oil. Not counting the oil shale and oil sands. The US and Russia have over double the amount Saudi Arabia has when you take that into account.

And the price of oil would need to be north of $90 to make oil sands reserves even close to economically viable.
At least someone has been charged...
What American is going to be charged with the plot to overthrow of the Syrian government? Assad is guilty hereOr Ukrainian government? Russia and YanukovychOr the Libyan government? granted Obama effed the pooch on this one, but just about any pres would have done itOr Iraqi government? lol, waxing poetic about Saddam are we? yeah I don't think anyone is going to charge America for thatOr Afghani government?what government?
before we set one up it was all tribal and they were all killing each other and answering to the Taliban
