I agree. But, I do want to see a combo with that orange helmet, sometime soon. Love that orange helmet, maybe with orange jerseys and pants

1. I have not seen a picture of a 'bama recruit wearing their "alternate" blue uniforms.
2. Even without the gimmick, Saban continues to outrecruit Lyle. It must be a miracle!
3. If (IF) Jones had the level of success that Saban has, he could be as egotistical and arrogant as he already is and use all the gimmicks he chose.
4. In the meantime, a little attention to fundamentals would increase the probability of such success.

GO BIG ORANGE! ... just hot the same as go big gray.

Always love a good freak out over uniform color scenes from dudes who likely think camouflage goes with everything.

Bama has houndstooth alternates and has worn them but nice try. Also may want to check this website to view current recruit rankings... rivals.com

The Smokey Grey elements are not supposed to be mixed and matched with the orange and white pieces in games.

I suppose that could change, but that's what the brand guide from Nike said when the uniforms were originally unveiled.

The person i qouted was attempting to point to current recruiting ranking in a feeble attempt to express that what CBJ is doing must be better than what CNS is doing based on current recruiting rankings. I was just pointing him in the direction of what really matters.

But hey, if you guys are cool beimg champs of the off season...then rock out.

Naw, just board watching an average OVC coach distract attention from underachieving for what used to be a top 10 program. I could be a lot more fun with tickets to Atlanta in December. Then again with an 0-8 record against the SEC West, never mind. That probably would not be pretty either.
